Best Restaurant in Hope. Spend a lot of time in Hope for work and Hope Sushi is by far the best restaurant in town (unless you want a burger and fries of course). Portions are big (sometimes surprisingly so – don’t make a mistake and order too much) and the food is always good. The owner is amazing and very friendly. If they don’t have something listed on the menu, ask and they just might have it. They can do korean dishes as well if you just ask.
Saskatchewan traveller. Not a big sushi fan, but decided to make the wife happy and go. Food was good. Staff where very friendly. Owner came out and talked with us, which was pleasant. Price was cheap for what we got (great value). Like I said not a big sushi fan but I would go back.

Mr B. Clean, tidy and welcoming Hope Sushi ..and I am not even a sushi guy, but very impressed with quality of food and portions. Staff polite and very helpful. Would recommend this to locals and passers by. Will be going back soon.

Consistently perfect each visit. Firm fresh fish, well presented, and priced to keep patrons returnng. Good portion sizes. Their Tuna Tataki rivals that found in the better sushi establishments in metro areas. Not only the hands down best asian restaurant in Hope but the best restaurant in Hope, period!
Best sushi in hope, they have a great menu, great food, very fresh, friendly staff and awesome prices!
