Kimchi restaurant is so gross don’t go there they have really bad service and there miso soup isn’t even good if you want good sushi go to kido they have the best rolls and amazing prices they have banana tempura with ice cream and they have way better tempura
Awesome Japanese/Korean food, we stop here every time we drive through. The teriyaki beef was tender, the miso and sushi delicious and the tempura hot and perfectly cooked!
Really good service, quick. Food was excellent. We had the beef bento boxes, both delicious. We would recommend for people to come here. Large portions.
this place is NOT for Koreans, Japanese or Chinese. The food is targeted for non Asians. Deluxe sushi costs $22 and all we got was tuna, salmon and ebi (cooked shrimp) along with cucumber rolls!?!?!? Wow why don’t you at least add egg sushi (tamago), hokikkai or unagi?? Google deluxe sushi and see for yourself what’s supposed to be in it.
Reliable quality, friendly service. Never seen the restaurant dirty as other reviewer stated. Good, basic Korean grub.
Incredibly Awful. I took my Girlfriend here after moving to Hope in the hope of finding a great sushi restaurant. EVERYTHING was TERRIBLE at this restaurant. Overpriced, very very bad service. The owner actually sat down at the booth across from us and cleaned a very sever burn with Peroxide that one of the cooks had suffered (it was terribly discussing while trying very hard to enjoy our meal). The place is dirty, dusty and has not had any love in years and years. I can only imagine that the only thing keeping this place open is that they are part of a Korean tour bus group that travels through Hope.
Good Choice for Asian Food in Hope. We were surprised to find a restaurant of this quality in Hope. The menu had a lot of choices, but we were in the mood for Japanese food. The salmon teriyaki and the pork katsudon we got were well prepared and reasonably priced. The service was good too. This is a great choice for lunch or dinner when you find yourself in Hope.
