We chose Rollys as our go-to place for breakfast the last morning of a late-June, two-night stay in Hope. Rollys has been in Hope for a good long while, but it was our first visit, and we were not disappointed with the choice we had made.We settled into a table alongside the long window side (parking lot side), so we could enjoy the mountain view the window glass was so clean, and provided an almost its not there view to the lovely, outside natural scene.Initial service was prompt and friendly, and remained so throughout our visit. The food ordered: crepes and blueberries for Mom, fruit-stacked waffle for daughter, and ham and eggs for me. Freshly-prepared to order, arriving at our table looking good, and tasting good . a great kick-start to the day!We were happy to have chosen Rollys for our last meal, and memory of our stay in Hope.

A solid 4 stars food. We came in around 2:30pm therefore there werent many customers inside. Seats are comfortable and typical family friendly type restaurant. We ordered Ham and cheese omelette and Patty melt sandwiches as our lunch.Ham are diced in little square, pan fried first before mixing with cheese and egg. The omelette is little fluffy, not over cooked; pancakes are light and fluffy with choice of maple or blackberry syrup.Patty melt sandwiches is little surprisingly good, the charcoaled patty is juicy, it soak the bottom half of the bread within a few minutes! Very well done! The side coleslaw salad is fresh with just the right amount of dressing, if only I could add some nuts and dried berries and it will be perfect! LoL The French fried are crispy, probably not frozen.Overall, the food were good enough that I will pay them another visit in the future. The price is on average and both food fed my wife, my son and I good enough.
