The view from the patio is breathtaking. There is a gentle calmness in the surroundings disturbed only by the sound of hull or squawking of the gulls. I ordered BC salmon burger and you can tell that the burger is great when you do not need to add any condiments. It was cooked to perfection and the taste stayed with me for hours. Peter, our server, a nice and gentle fellow was a bit overwhelmed apparently by the comedy show going on on the patio but he held his nerve and made the evening memorable. My friend ordered a pizza (I don’t remember which one) but he was quite happy with it. He offered me a bite but I was in no mood to interfere with the flavour of the salmon burger in my mouth. Can’t comment on the wine selection cuz I was not in a mood to drink that day. Maybe next time.
