Excellent service. Our food was excellent as was the service. Most outstanding was the assistance given by a female security officer to our somewhat aged diners. We were escorted to the elevator and supplied with a wheelchair. On leaving the same officer escorted us to the main road. We appreciated all the help. Thank you from elizabeth and her friends on March 20th. Carole Voss for our group.

Favourite fries…. The BC Legislative Dining Room is home of my favourite fries. They are big, beefstake type of monsters with lots of warm, fluffy potato in the middle. You do get more if you order them to go but that might be a bad thing in the long run. It is a fun place to eat lunch in a different type of venue. Beer menu is surprisingly mediocre. My favourite time of year to go is around Christmas and get the Christmas dinner, which comes with the works.
Open to the Public when the Legislature isn’t Sitting.. I was invited for my birthday lunch on April 20th. I ordered a Thai/ terriyaki Noodle Salad with Chicken breast. I must say that I really enjoyed it. It had a combination of noodles & greens with a delicious dressing. The chicken is ordered as an extra but comes placed on top.The staff is very friendly and the service was quite fast despite the dining room being full. A Birthday cake was brought for me and the kitchen staff presented it with the candles lit and even sang the happy birthday song to me. Most of the dining room patrons joined in on the singing as well.It was a great experience with delicious food. I’ll definitely go back again. Thanks to my brother John of Visions West Photography, my family and to the Serving Staff.
