Ive recently fallen in love with discovery coffee. Their almond milk lattes are so good! Better yet, you will find something you want to try from their ever changing selection of baked goods. Early grey donut, crueller, Homer donut, scones and croissants galore. Ive been to the oak Bay and blanshard locations. Great atmosphere. Hard to find a seat in the blanshard location on a Sunday – it’s been packed both times.
D’ohnuts!. Came for the doughnuts, stayed for the coffee. Both were good. Will be back to sample more doughnuts. Are they the best I’ve ever had? No, they’re a little heavy for my tastes. But I understand why they make ’em the way they do, they’ll stay fresher throughout the day. I’ll be back again though, and that says a lot, as I’m a cheapskate and the doughnuts are three bucks.
