Love the Chili!. I have become addicted to Griligan’s chili and so have 30 other people I know. We are very pleased that Griligan’s has been providing James Bay New Horizons chili for the past 2 years. We have a very committed group that come every week to enjoy this spicy meal. On a personal note, the BBQ ribs are also a great deal and the best I have had in this City!

People are blind. When you go to Fisherman’s Wharf there is usually a line up next door to Grilligans when really, Grilligans is it. You must try their Smokranian hot dogs made by a German sausage maker in Sidney. The service is good, the owner usually serves you and seems like a guy who is having fun and likes good food, that helps.The poutine is great but could be a little larger in size for the price but worth having.Do not wait in the line ups go to Grilligan’s.
Good dogs!. When the place next door has too long lineups, we just go to Grillgans for hot dogs.
Nachos and Cheese. My grandchildren wanted an order of the Nachos and cheese from Grilligans during our visit to Fisherman’s Wharf yesterday. It was the skimpiest measure of cheese I have ever seen with an order of this type. You can be assured I will not ever place a food order with this place in the future. And if anyone asks me for an opinion it will be a description of what it is, a floating cafe at which the owner/staff do not believe in giving good value for money spent.
Poutine and Chili to die for.. Grilligans is my go to place for delicious poutine. I was also addicted to their chili for a while. Their poutine is made with BIG fresh cheese curds and delicious gravy. You can also have different variations of their poutine, with my favourite being the bacon poutine. Sometimes they also have seasonal poutine. I ate one with turkey and cranberry sauce that I wish they served year round. Grilligans has many other menu choices that are tasty as well. So if you come down to fisherman’s wharf, check them out!
