I’m afraid this is another neutral review. I really like the taste of their beef. Service is not bad it just is adequate. The price is appropriate for a gourmet burger but seems a bit high if you expect a fast food experience when you order.
Wasn’t impressed. I ordered the BBQ chicken and asked for it to be lettuces wrapped for a bit of a healthier option. My husband ordered a regular burger. We both got fries and pops with our meals. Our order totalled over $23 but had a 15% discount which didn’t amount to much seeing as though I stilled paid $20 for 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 pop. The fries were fresh. However, when I received my burger, there was a thin piece of chicken and layers apon layers of lettuce and had to look for the small piece of chicken (see pictures). The proportion of chicken to bun/lettuce wrap is about 10% chicken and 90% lettuce. Where’s the protein? This is the second time I ordered a lettuce wrap and left disappointed. NOT impressed, the value for your money is not there.
