Late last night my wife had a craving for pizza and Elvis was open until 4:00am making it the convenient, and frankly only choice in the area, so we gave it a try. We ordered the meat lovers and in all fairness it had a very nice unique smoky flavour to their pepperoni, but it was over cooked and oily. Also the beef was very finely broken up on top so when eating it an oily crumbled mess fell all over with every bite. My impression of their staff was they are casual and friendly and they definitely look after their restaurant, it was so clean and organized I thought I was in a medical clinic. I will probably give them another call just to see if the over cooked pizza was an anomaly but for $26.00 after tax it will be another late night desperate call.
One of the best pizzas in Surrey. Toss up between Elvis Pizza and the Tomato Shack. My go to for pizza takeout. Love the flaming cheeseburger pizza. Delicious, fresh and tasty.
the absolute worst customer service ive encountered in my lifeordered and asked SPECIFICALLY to phone when they were there because of all the drunk people aroundwas told it would take 40 minutesan hour passes and we call to see whats up, was told it left the storeanother half hour passes and we call again just to get told that it was already deliveredwe had obviously not received itspoke to the driver to ask what was up and the guy raised his voice at measked for the manager, was met with complete apathy and disrespectnot a single apology throughout the entire interaction, and no intention to correct their mistakesuper incompetent, no service recovery, the whole thing could have been prevented if the driver just followed ONE simple request
Good food but inattentive and disrespect.I ordered from here and specifically asked that the driver phone and/or come to the side door as it was 2am and we are the basement suite. My request was written on the receipt but the driver instead choose to ring the front door bell 3 or 4 times in succession. When asked what he was doing the driver offered no apology or remorse. I then phoned the manager who could care less and was equally rude.
I’m pretty sure this place is in contention for best pizza in the world…and i’m not even joking. Highly recommend!! Their phone mannerism isn’t the greatest and their prices are a little high but you get what you pay for.
Guy was horribly mannered on the phone. Delivery radius wasnt posted on the web. Called for more info and was hung up on. Would not recommend as i was unable to eat any due to rude/lazy workers.
Dont be fooled by the late night delivery slogan, whether or not you want pizza the wont deliver past two to destinations further than 5 minutes away or at least so the guy said, he was also very disrespectful in not letting us finish asking about prices. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
