Everyone was so excited when a bingsoo place was set to open in Surrey, but honestly, this place is pretty overrated! If you’re like me, you want a good shaved-ice-to-fruit ratio, right? It’s too bad that here, you get a TON of shaved ice but not enough fruit to fill each bite. Before you’re even halfway done, your bowl is literally just shaved ice.Service here is also subpar, and seating space is not ideal as well. If you’re really craving this, take it to-go or visit another bingsoo place!

Customer service was bad. They don’t speak enough english to be intelligible. They’ve also reduced the amount of fruit in the bingsoo by a considerable amount compared to the last time I went here. More than half the price you’re paying for is just shaved ice. And it’s not even good shaved ice – it has many solid clusters so it isn’t pleasant to eat. Location is also too small to accommodate for the large amount of customers eating dessert that takes a while to prepare AND eat.
bad service. i asked fo the food to be for here and the server gave us our bingsoo to go. also when i came there, there wasnt enough seats for everyone.
We will not go back to this place again. Tried both the Mango and Strawberry Bingsoo. It tasted just plain. One of the ice bingsoo even had large ice crystals in it.
