went to Silvannos for lunch there, and was very disappointed with the chicken gyro,, when we ordered it before it was packed full of tomotaes and onion, this time both our orders was just basically pita bread wrapped our a chicken scewer (with out the scewer), I may have seen a couple pieces of chopped up tomatoes and a few pieces of onion…. very very disappointed especially the price they charge.
We had dinner there yesterday with my husband our little girl (15 months old), after a 3 hours drive to Agassiz. We arrived around 4 pm and we were the only guests in the restaurant, with 2 staff members. They were chatting and didn’t even stand up to seat us, just told us where to go. My husband went to the booth with the baby, and as the staff members were still chatting away, I went back and grabbed a high chair so we can put our baby down. We sat at the table for a couple of minutes and none of the staff members came over, so I stood up and took the menus from the counter so we could have a look at them. I never felt so unappreciated at a restaurant, this was by far the worst service we ever got. The food wasn’t that great either. The state of the bathroom was awful. The lock on the door was broken and the top of the water tank was missing. All in all, we had a very bad experience.
Always good food & service. We enjoy Silvano’s often. Even with new owners, the staff are all still there. Jamie and Cheryl are awesome and dedicated. Food is always very good and lots to select from. Never disappointed when we dine here.
