I much prefer another Bubble Tea chain, but this one is pretty popular with my friends so I decided to try it out. If you go, don’t order with ice.I ordered a large with less ice (so the flavour of the drink would not be watered down), they accidentally put the sticker for the large order on a regular cup and my order was processed as a regular sized drink.When I mentioned it they cut open the smaller cup and dumped it into a large cup and topped up the cup with more water and ice. The final drink I received was a Large cup that was 60% ice.If the mistake is on the vendor’s side, like they do at Starbucks, REMAKE the bloody drink!!!!

Chatime has opened a location in Kerrisdale. This give us more opportunities to buy their bubble tea. We tried several locations. It seems this is the most busy one except the one on Robson Street. Waiting time is appropriately 15-30 minutes. Roasted Milk Tea is still one of our favourite.
