I’m a royalty member in Vancouver Park’s Board. Since I’m quite out for golf quite often, being Fraserview is one of my favorite course, I came to come by club house on my way out but I noticed the lady was awfully rude, her name is Joanne, before I tee off, I was outside of club house having coffee with my friend, she approached and yelled at us saying outside food is not allowed. Although it’s a policy, I never opened my sandwich yet. and her way of dealing with customer was totally unacceptable. (Yelling!!!) It’s not professional at all. I don’t understand why she’s a manager there.. terribly annoying!!!
