Ordered the cumin lamb stir fried noodles however I substituted beef for the lamb. I also opted for the cut thick noodles as opposed to the hand pulled option. The noodles were of the appropriate firmness and length and were seasoned well. The hot green and red peppers added an element of heat that was cohesive with the flavours of the dish. A word of caution- Biting into the seeds of one of these peppers can leave you reaching for the water. The beef was also delicious and flavourful. The service wasn’t great as we asked for recommendations and the server refused however the high quality product more than compensates for this. Will definitely be returning the next time I am in Vancouver.
