Great! I have been going here for years without any compliant, the servers are very kind and they have never messed up my order. The bubble tea is great and they have a wide range of flavours, the food is awesome as well. i would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
I don’t know if other people went to the same place I did, but I had a good experience here. 4 teas took no more than 10 minutes to arrive and everyone was satisfied. I will be back for the watermelon slush.
Never have I ever had to wait 10 minutes for a bubble tea in my life. There was no queue and not busy at all. And the girl was talking to her coworker and wasn’t making my drink. Apparently multitasking isn’t a skill. It would have been 3 minutes, in and out but no, she took her own sweet time. Slow service = not worth my money again.
Decent Taiwanese food for the price, most things under 10 dollars and comes with side dishes and tea. Service is very friendly. Most people come here only for bubbles tea, but the food quality is surprisingly good.
My friend and I usually go this place for late dinner. Food is good here but there is this server with short cut hair, she is soooo RUDE!!!! When we asked something for our order like hot water or spicy sauce, she was sometimes rolling her eyes in front of us! What the heck?! Worst service ever. Why would you work in the restaurant if you are gonna treat your customers like that…?
Probably the worst bubble chain. The worst customer service, never properly blended and takes forever for 1 drink.
This place only survives because of location and price. The service is non-existent and cold. They also don’t give you the full amount of a bubble tea if you don’t get pearls. And the bubble teas are really watered down for some reason.And it doesn’t take 45 mins for an order of crispy chicken nuggets. I was jerked around for that time. I understand 20 or mins but when it’s closing in an hour…I immediately asked for a refund and the manager made no effort to keep me as a customer.
