We stayed in Castlegar on our way to Calgary, which wasn’t planned. My fiancée convinced me to stop at Dawn’s and I am glad she did. Excellent place, great food and service, and the decoration is top notch!

Went to a breakfast meeting here a few weeks ago. Neat little place nice people and good food. Be prepared to eat a big breakfast and enjoy good coffee.A good place to start your day.
Russian borscht was served with home made bread, cheeses, veggies and a dessert. The decor is very simple but makes you feel very comfortable.
What a great place to eat! Home style restaurant with my favourite barbeque beef or salmon burger. Great borsch. Very friendly staff. And their huge cinnamon and carrot cake!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You just have to try it.
