My first visit to Akbar’s on Broadway and what a surprise! Excellent food, great service and not crowded – we timed it right. The naan bread was outstanding – light, hot, so fresh it folds over your fingers. The boys had butter chicken – their favourite, Lamb garam masala was my choice – perfect, rich, medium spice – suitable for everyone’s taste. Add spice if you like but test it. A touch on the tongue will let you know. Truly worth a try.
