The crepes smell amazing! I had the brie, apple, pistachio crepe with a London fog and they complimented each other really nicely. None of them were too sweet. The service was really friendly too!
Had a groupon. Very nice ambience, with soft jazz in the background and water at the side to keep customers hydrated. Very friendly service; very helpful and efficient staff. I personally thought my latte was a great mix of caffeine and milk. Crepe was above average. I would have prefered my crepe a little more crispy but the quality was good and fresh and definitely satisfied my appetite.
Always a pleasure to dine. Though it may be short staffed, service is fast and efficient regardless. Many delicious options and combinations of crepes to be made from their menu; but all flavorful and fillingUntil next time
Just found out they are under new ownership. The coffee is amazing as are the crepes and the new owners really are passionate and love what they do. Do not hesitate to visit this hidden gem!
Best crepes in Vancouver! First visit here, will be my new local go-to place for food.
Cool :). I have been once with my boyfriend in this restaurant and i really enjoyed it. It was quiet tasty and the people were nice with us. We could see them making our crpes which was nice.Et si il y a des franais par l : c’est une bonne crperie, bien sur vous n’y trouverez pas la recette bretonne, mais n’estiez pas y aller 🙂
A New Rose for the better. I went by Gypsy Rose to meet with some friends and chat over coffee. Gypsy Rose serves JJ Bean coffee, which I appreciate as a coffee lover. The inside has got an entire make-over, making the space more fresh and inviting. Stylish high back chairs lend an elegance to the dining experience. Crepes are the Gypsy Rose speciality, and the new owners are keeping it alive. The crepes are huge and a good price. I had a spinach, feta, bacon, and tomato for just under $10 and it fed me for 2 breakfasts. If you haven’t heard of Gypsy Rose, or have been there in the past, I recommend re-visiting this Kitsilano landmark.
