Worst sushi experience in a long time!! Places an order to go and was told it would be 20 minutes. It took 50. When I complained I was laughed at
Sushi is usually really good. This is the first time we’ve had to wait over an hour and a half for delivery. Unacceptable.
Honestly, the worst sushi place in Vancouver. I’ve never had such rude service in my life. I got delivery, when it arrived there were rolls missing that they charged me for. Then when we called to ask about the missing rolls they were convinced they had delivered them. There only suggestion was to reorder the food that we had already paid for. Never getting food from here again.
I order from here all the time. Love it. Spicy combo and golden spicy tuna rol. If you live close, they’ll deliver. Must go there
Not worth it. First off was not impressed with the delivery driver requesting an additional tip on top of the $4.00 I had already given him…. RUDE! As far as sushi goes this is quite possibly the worst I’ve tasted…. there was something really off about the rice and the fish inside the roll was warm… never a good sign. As for the sashimi…it looked like it had just been hacked at no real care taken into presenting any of the dishes. So if you would like to pay $34 for 3 dishes and rude delivery drivers then by all means order from here. If you would like Vancouver quality sushi for half the price go anywhere else.
It was decent. Pretty cheap of a price so I can’t complain. The woman at the front could have been nicer and it felt like she was rushing us out of the store. We said our food was to go and she made us sit outside even though it was pretty windy and cold. Sushi was good though.
Not bad not good. I pretty much got what i paid for. yes it is cheap, but the quality reflects that.
