The workers there were very friendly! I thought we might have annoyed them by constantly asking for samples but they seemed okay with it. My favourite was the Blackcomb. It caught my attention because its colour was black but it tasted exactly like lemonade! We got that and the Capilano. It was funny cause it looked like we were drinking ink or soy sauce and srirache sauce!

Good selection of juices but one staff is very rude at Kits store. Love the different green juices being offered and appreciate that they name the juices after all the local parks and mountains, etc.The Asian girl that’s helped me a couple of times is super friendly and personable; and smiles and makes you feel welcome into the small shop. There is a Caucasian girl that works at the Kits store that is just plain rude! They were out of a certain juice that I usually get so instead of suggesting a different juice, she just lets me read all the juices on display myself. And when I had a question about a certain ingredient, she gives me a quick 1 word answer. Then when I paid and asked for a bag, she just throws me the bag and I had to bag the juices I had purchased myself. She doesn’t even bother to ask me if I wanted a bag or needed help. Seriously!!! If she’s working at the front of the store the next time I need a juice in Kits, then I will probably just walk up to West 4th and go to the Juicery Co instead. They have to teach her what customer service is or they will lose their regular clients. Also, I asked her if they take back empty mason jars. She just told me to recycle them. I just read a review from one of the Reviewers that mentioned you can get a stamp for every jar you bring back. This is how useless and rude that staff is. Not informative and just acted like she didn’t want to be there. Shouldn’t be in customer service or working at the front of the store if you have a bad attitude.
A unique gem in Kits. I can hardly explain how fantastic the friendly service of this juice bar is. The owner and staff were very pleasant and helped me understand what they are all about at Krokodile Pear.Cold pressed and organic, you will have to try pretty hard to find a fresh juice better in Vancouver. I tried a 3 day cleanse, and the Alouette was my favorite! Picked up a Capilano smoothie as well.No doubt I will be back again and again!
Putrid customer service. Scheduled a cleanse. owner said it would be ready on a thursday evening. husband and I planned our schedules to pick up juices and i planned my weekend around being on a 3 day cleanse. husband leaves work early to drive me. arrive and the girl behind the counter nonchalantly advises that there were no juices for me and that the owner mistakenly scheduled the pick up for the next day. she was just like ‘oh well, sorry, there is nothing that i can do’. she phones the owner and they come up with something. i was never offered an apology by the owner while he was on the phone! brutal. so after standing there forever, the girl makes up some juices to start off my day the next day until my husband can reorganize his day, yet again, to pick up the remaining juices. then she had the nerve to charge us for smoothies while we waited for them to sort out their error. i was eventually charged full fee for the cleanse with a free smoothie compensation for my trouble. a free smoothie for all of that drama! i feel that maybe a discount off the total of $180.00 would have been fair. i called the owner to express this and he had the nerve to hang up on me. can you fathom?dont go here. you can get much better service and juices/smoothies at sejuiced in kits. and for a much fairer price. but don’t worry, if the customer service stays at this level, you won’t have a choice.
Love this place. So happy to have these amazing fresh juices available in our neighbourhood. Who knew cold press could make such a difference.
