The food at Mission is based on well-sourced ingredients prepared with impeccable technique. We combine the best of the native land with the traditions and ingredients that have become available in our great region over time. There is a focus on sustainability with a true nose-to-tail philosophy resulting in outstanding value for the quality and presentation of the food that give guests a full experience of the bounty of the region. An eclectic wine list has been carefully selected by sommelier owner & manager Chase MacLeod. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff will lead the way in explaining the food and guiding through wine and beverage choices. Our Lounge is focused also on local ingredients for well-crafted in-house cocktails, led by head bartender Marc Smolenski.
