Patisserie Lebeau is located on 2nd Avenue. It is very near Granville Island, and It is very popular on waffles and pies. Variety of liege waffles. Recommend to get take out. We tried their breakfast special with Brussels waffles, and we also tried the waffles with fruits. Delicious! We even brought some white chocolate waffles to go. We definitely will go back!

Amazing place. The French lady (I think) will give you loads of berries on your ‘the Belgian way’. She tops the waffles with so many fruits that it’s like having a meal out of fruits instead of the waffle. I, personally eat all the fruits when I get my order and save the crispy waffle corner topped with whipped cream and their amazing custard for the end. Something to remember this place by till I visit again.

Came on a Sat. MorningEnvironment:-hard to find a parking space-restaurant is hidden from the busy streets-small cafe with ~12 spots to sit Service:-maybe because of their Saturday morning special, it was pretty packed and had a line up. Staff weren’t very friendly and just wanted the line to move Food:-they have filled waffles which seemed pretty neat but didn’t taste too good or extraordinary-waffle texture of the filled sweet waffles was either quite dry on the outside or too soft on the inside -the ham and cheese waffle was ok- soft and chewy-maple waffle was toooo sweet -price is average, about $3-4/waffle

Affordable, great variety, and delicious! I’ve been here multiple times and have not been disappointed once. I do prefer their savoury treats over the sweet ones. The only downside is that the location is quite small and fills up very quickly during lunch.

Tried the green onion and cheese waffle. Not very much flavour of what was advertised but the batter was super soft, crispy and moist. Waffle itself was really good but i’ve tried their chocolate covered leige as well and prefer those.

Good Value. Waffles are all fairly priced here, we had a breakfast special which was an egg with cheese on top, layered on some ham sitting atop the fluffy waffle, also had a white chocolate and almond waffle a coffee and tea all for $15.
