Have gone to Pete’s many times. They have a great selection and the staff are always really knowledgable with the cuts of meat. Oh, also definitely try their sandwiches- so good!
I have always been satisfied with my visits here. The burgers and kabobs are some of the best I’ve had in this city, and the staff has always been cool. The meat is fresh and of high quality, never medicated or hormone induced as far as I know, and they have a cool selection of specialty items. Half point off for the selection as it could be larger, but then again, if it maintains the level of quality, it works for me.

If you want a special order all you have to do is ask and Pete can get you what ever you need and he does it for almost wholesale prices.Whatever you need Pete’s is the place to go.

Sunday dinner starts here. Top-notch service, exceptional quality meats, and good daily specials. glad this place is just around the corner and open til 7 every night, since my nutritionist gf refuses to eat grocery store meat.
Highly recommended. We shop at Pete’s every couple of weeks to stock our freezer. He has a great selection of delicious sausages, some interesting combinations (bisonw/blueberries or truffles, apple pork). My personal fav is the hot Italian, it has heat as the name implies. The quality of the meat itself is outstanding as well. He carries lots of things, spices, pickles, organic eggs, milk in glass bottles, high quality sodas made with cane sugar and he has a sandwich menu. Pete and his staff are always very helpful and friendly. The only place we buy meat these days.
Finally! Delicious meat close to home!. I was so happy to see that we had a new butcher shop in the neighbourhood! Pete is a really helpful guy who is easy to talk to and really eager to help you out. He gives great advice on meat prep and the selection of quality meats in the shop is awesome. The shop is really clean and I will definitely continue to shop there on a regular basis.The bacon is so delicious and the in-house made sausages are worth trying too! Check it out, you won’t be disappointed.
