Rushed in to get takeout as I was super busy at work.When I ordered I thought the cost was higher than expected, but I was in a hurry so I just paid and left.When I got back to work, not only had they not bothered to put the usual soy sauce and chop sticks in the bag, but the order was completely wrong! No time to go back, so I just had to eat some overpriced food I didn’t want and make a mental note to never eat here again.
Absolutely horrible. The staff was very nice and they were fast but not a single bit of the food was edible. Tempura too oily, terriaki chicken was overcooked, sashimi.. ummm it looked like you shouldn’t eat it. lol The salad and miso soup were ok. I have 2 other people try to eat it and said the exact same thing. I wanna be sick from eating single bites of each these things. I will not be returning lol worst japanese food i’ve had in vancouver.
Returned for the second time because I like how I get miso soup, shrimp + yam tempura, salad, Cali roll, rice and chicken/salmon teriyaki all for $8 (box A on the menu). However! this time… it also came with a dead fly at the bottom of my tempura. Major turn off – I think that will be my last visit to this restaurant.
worst service ever… it’s as if they want to be rude on purpose. Could not believe how rude and classless they are. But they do give you a lot of food for cheap. So if you feel like a lot of food and can put up with insanely rude people for a few mins, it’s ok
Worst service ever but I knew that walking in based on the previous reviews. Cleanliness was was questionable. Portions are substantial but I would rather have quality instead of quantity
