This was the worst expierence I have ever had with a restaurant! When I ordered my husband and I just wanted a break from cooking due to so much work, school, and a baby. We are tired and young parents. Anyways, we ordered the for 2 special, and we substituted chicken sesame and ginger beef for the sweet and sour pork and the beef and vegetable. They told us there would be a 2 dollar charge for each substiution, ( I was fine with that). And then i said if we got rice instead of chow mein would that be 2 dollars, and the lady said 2 dollar charge. I said that is okay, and then they said 45 minutes wait, told me the total of 39.00 ( totally fine) the lady was nice. 1.5 hours later I call back to ask about our order, she said the delivery driver was on his way. When he got here I said wow that took a long time, and he said not my issue…. so there went his extra tip. We brought the food inside and instantly noticed they forgot our chow mein, I instantly called back, and they said no, you have it, and I actually had to argue with them to tell them I didnt get it, I was charged but did not recieve it. I had no energy to fight, and I said okay can you send your driver back and we will return the entire order for our money back, they started to yell at me on the phone, and I literally could not believe that she was telling me it was my fault… It was terrible service, finally she said okay we bring you chow mein…. THey had the driver bring it back, and then the driver suggested we pay him for the chow mein 9.00!!!!! what!!!!!!!!!!??????????I argued and said no way, and he left with chow mein in hand!!! I could not believe it. We didn’t get to enjoy any of our food because of how terrible we felt from being yelled at! DO NOT GO HERE, unless you need a good fight.
