I stopped by this place for a quick weekday lunch. They only had three types of sandwiches available, although they do have a pretty large selection of salads and soups. Being not a big fan of salads, I got their Chicken Sandwich. Although it tasted fine, I found it to be a bit too small (I was only about 1/2 full) and a little pricey. I think that this is probably a good place for people seeking something a bit healthier; it just isn’t really my cup of tea unfortunately. Chicken Sandwich ($9.50):3.5/5Grilled chicken breast, arugula, pear, house pickled onions, pesto aioli, provolone cheese, sourdough breadAlthough not particularly large, the sandwich had a decent amount of filling, including a fair amount of meat, which was quite tender and juicy. The bread was nicely grilled and crispy, with a slight bit of tang. I could have done with a little more pear and a lot more cheese.

I love this place! You can mix and match toppings with your bowl and end up with a nice sizeable dish. I have tried many combos, but the curried cauliflower is my favourite on top of their greens and rice., in addition to the edamame beans or kale. They have seasonal flavourings as well. Just be careful not to add too many toppings as they can add up. Also love their dark chocolate bark – it is to die for! The only things I am not a fan of are the butternut squash soup and the lines.

The chicken sandwich is soo flavourful! The only downside to this place is the price and portion you get. For $1 more, you could get a bigger and tastier soup and sandwich combo from Burgoo which is down the block.

Great tasting food and lovely atmosphere. Had to knock 1.5 stars off because the tomato fennel soup (not pictured) was a bit too sour, the size of food was way too much and the waiting process for the food was a bit inefficient and easily blocks the hallways.

The food here was delicious and super healthy, not to mention, filling too. I would recommend this for anyone who wants to grab a quick bit to eat. However, if you are going for lunch, watch out for the crowd. I had to wait 30mins to be able to order!! The staff there are also really nice and will guide you through different selections they have. I would recommend getting their stews. They were delicious. As well as the sandwich, which also was delicious. I’m coming back here again for sure.

This place is great for a snack or a lighteal but it’s not the best if you’re looking for something hearty. I got the pasta and a grilled half avacado. Although the quality was good, the portion sizes were tiny, not warranting the $14 and $2.75 price tags.

Very convenient grab and go lunch style, while still choosing a healthier alternative. I’ve tried several soups and haven’t had one that I didn’t like.
