Utter garbage this place looks good but don’t get fooled. Everything comes out of a can. The staff are useless they would rather visit each other than look after the customers. Cheap cheese, chef boy r dee sauce i’ve had better spagetti o’s than the food here. Please someone buy this place and open a real italian joint!!!!
Just so so. I can’t say this is good food. I felt a little mislead by the 86% from other Spooners but after eating here and going back to the comments after my experience, I should have read the comments. I would have gone elsewhere had I read what others wrote about their experiences. I’m starting to learn the numbers lie but when people take the time to comment, that is where I should pay attention.
Nothing special. Save your money and go elsewhere.
First and last time I dine here.. Straight to the point, TERRIBLE!
GO WITH AN OPEN MIND. You would be surprised …we were… In a good way, … Friendly … Clean … Old style… And non pretentious … Bring your Family, Friends, and don’t judge until you try… We have dropped in and reserved… Treated equally Great! You might think service slow, but it’s not Mick D’s! So enjoy your company and talk to them 😉
Love the Niagara. I’ve been to this restaurant on a few occasions and have never been disappointed. We recently had a large group of us (30) and pre-ordered so that it would be easier for the staff to be organized and ensure that there wouldn’t be a shortage of anything. Everyone’s dinner was served promptly by friendly staff and the food was absolutely delicious. We will definitely go there again.
Do yourself a favour, eat somewhere else. Food is mediocre at best; it’s the staff that is found seriously lacking. Looking into the back kitchen makes me question the level of care given to cleanliness and attention to detail. RUDE staff. If you want to be ignored, served the wrong food and argued with, look no further than Niagara Falls Restaurant. Ladner lacks options, as such we have given this restaurant more than attempts to win us over yet each visit is progressively worse. We will not spend one more dime here.
