Wow. I don’t normally write reviews, but I am horrified at what I saw here today. This was THE WORST dining experience of my life. I came today to eat at around 1130 am because I heard the food was amazing (which it was). BUT: the restaurant was slammed, at maximum capacity, and there was only ONE waitress, whose name was Emmanuelle. She was busting her ass cleaning tables, serving food, mixing drinks, polishing glasses, getting ice, answering phones, and trying to please a FULL restaurant of people… AND THEN some guy who seemed to be a manager came out and yelled at her in front of all the patrons. This operation is SO unprofessional for treating their service staff in this way. I will never again patronize this restaurant, I will tell everyone I know how horribly they treat their employees. They should be investigated by the Labor Board and legitimately shut down for this. No one should be treated in this way and I will NEVER recommend this restaurant to anyone. I felt so bad for this woman. What an awful experience.

Had the Prime Rib Burger, paired with the Tree Brewing Dark Ale – great combo. Excellent burger, loaded with thin slice onion rings. My wife had the Mahi-Mahi – having been to Maui, a bit skeptical, but prepared to perfection. She paired with the Volcanic Hills Winery Gewurtztraminer. Excellent food with superb presentation.
Really enjoyed eating dinner here, their food was delicious, servers are very friendly and has awesome scenery! If you like lamb definitely try their lamb, super tender and savory! Definitely go again when i come back to kelowna.
Had an amazing experience at the Blu Saffron. Stopped there not expecting much but left feeling like I’d had one of the best meals of 2015. Their sesame seared tuna and anti-pasto board was to die for. Absolutely recommend!
Lovely afternoon. We had mother’s day lunch at Blue Saphron. It was a wonderful afternoon on the patio with great food and very prompt and friendly service. Definitely a spot to check out!
