My rating is exceptionally low because as a consumer if I order and pay for certain food items those are the items I should receive. I ordered 2 burgers, identical, no onions. My son also ordered 2 identical burgers. INSTEAD of what we paid for we received 4 randomly selected burgers all filled with onions.This is:-a customer service problem-an allergy problem-a listening problemI express my opinion for a business by how I spend my money– I choose not to spend my money with a business who does not listen to my reasonable requests.
Orders always screwed up. I’ve gone to this location twice this week having both times my order completely messed up, repeating 4 times to makes sure they get it right apparently is not enough. Their workers are slow and in competent at taking an order correctly! This location needs serious help
This place is a joke. Went in yesterday for breakfast, placed 2 simple orders for 2 breakfast sandwich combos, at 10:40 am. Didn’t get them until 11:20 am. There was approx 5 employees working, and at the very tops. 10 customers, drive through included. Most customers were complaining, one man also ordered a simple breakfast sandwich meal, that took them 30 mins to make. When he got curious about what was taking so long, and confronted the lady working at the till, she basically had an episode. Needless to say, when he got his order, it was screwed up.None of the ladies seemed to be trained at the till, I was waiting right by them waiting for our meal, with more patience than the rest, almost everyone’s order was messed up. Litterally. 3 workers making whatever food they seemed to want to make, one lady fronting the till, having a panic attack, and some kid in the back, googly eyeing me, while humping the dog, battering onion rings at a record slow pace.I warned a lady who went into the drive through to consider other options, because it’s at least a 20 min commitment. She decided to go for it lol.about 30 mins, she pulls back in the parking lot, with a messed up order.taakes it in, comes back out… gets back in her car… orders messed up again. This place is a joke, seriously. I’ve worked as a barista, where machines have failed, during huge rushes, and still came out on top, no melt downs, no blaming other staff, or computers.we ordered 2 sausage and egger combos, with 2 large orange juices, got one sausage and egger combo, one bacon and egger, (which they replaced)… but then got told we’d have to wait another 2 mins for our juice, because they had to change the bag…which whatever… we got handed 2 small orange juices. Actually, seriously, this happened, all in one dine in. August 10th 2014.I had to go out for a couple cigarettes, the environment inside was so stressful.I don’t even smoke.
Can not stand their root beer or their burgers. Tastes terrible
