Worst Pizza ever. Ordered a large pizza for pick up. The crust was paper thin and tasteless. There were hardly any toppings and cheese was almost non-existent. Not sure how they stay in business. They lost mine.
Disappointed. I read reviews for this location and didn’t want to believe them because I’ve had many good experiences at other Boston Pizza from back in Ontario. I just felt the whole experience could have been executed so much better but instead you just leave disappointed. Issues with the bill, cold food, rude service are just a couple issues here. For a restaurant that charge as much as they do for pizza they should be able to step their game up but it just never changes here.
Behaviour of Shamrocks. It’s really unfortunate that as much as a business can support the Shamrocks, this support shouldn’t permit players on the team making lewd and disrespectful comments about the Boston Pizza female staff…especially when there were families in the restaurant dining.An otherwise good dining experience ruined by some disgusting members of the Shamrocks.

I can tell, It’s Microwaved. I’ve been Going to this certain Boston Pizza for years now, and the food quality is trash… The hostess and the waitresse’s are good…. But who ever the heck cook’s food back there must be deaf and Blind. Everytime… I just noticed they had a Thai chicken noodle bowl added to there menu, mistake on there part…. I’ve tasted noodle bowls all over the world, this was by far the largest travesty I’ve ever recieved… I could tell the rice was brought out of a fridge and warmed up, the sauce was some sweet and sour sauce from bottle everyone would have in there household. The vegetables were not cooked at all. In the end I guess it’s my fault, who orders a noodle bowl from a pizza joint… I once ordered South west potato skins…. They were cold… The chicken chunks on them were the exact size on every single piece…. Sysco I’m guessing… Also when I order a water I don’t expect one lemon seed to be in the bottom, really. Breakdown:If you like service, the ladies there are solid, the manager even took off my horrible noodle bowl.. I did appreciate that, but for the love of God please get people who can cook. Seriously, I have been attending this restraunt since I’ve lived in langford(15 years now) and they have had terrible food everytime… I go there hoping your food gets better because the service is a 4/5 Please change
Blah bland. I was forced to go here by my wife and daughter, outvoted, One time here I was served raw prawns which was replaced by something they called lasagna. Lots of noodles, very little sauce and cheese only on top. I tried again yesterday, lasagna again but added meatballs to it to get more sauce and meat, yuck. My daughter ordered the steak skewers but wanted to sub fries for onion rings as they did that last time. No they said so I had to order a side of fries. NEVER EVER AGAIN !!! $90.00 for 3 people, BOOOO
