Our walking group went to Buckys last Wednesday, Feb 17th for lunch. We made a reservation a couple of days ahead so they would be ready for our larger that normal group. They were ready for us and we were delighted with a good selection of lunch menu items and a fairly good selection of craft beers. This is a good place to do lunch after a walk on the Galloping Goose Trail. There’s plenty of parking, and nobody seemed to mind that that we parked there for both the walk and then the lunch. The server was friendly and attentive. We would go there again when planning a walk in the Western Community.
I was a little hesitant about coming here at first, but a friend wanted to meet me here so I went. I am very glad I did! I thought it was going to be sketchy/creepy but it was the total opposite. It was very cute and down to earth and clean. I was very impressed with the service, selection, and prices. There were loads of tvs that aired the hockey game, which I liked, and the atmosphere was very relaxed. This would be a great place to go to unwind. I am very impressed and am definitely going to return. I live really close by too so I can see myself becoming a regular here. Definitely recommend. 🙂

Maybe they’re worried it would keep people from seeing the taphouse from the road, but I have no inclination to go back to that patio after staring at forklifts next door and smelling exhaust for an hour.
