Slow. Ordered a bento box my Rice a beef was cold and no sauce. they are also VERY SLOW, it took what seemed like an eternity (40 mins) to get 1 crappy bento box ?!? and it wasn’t even at least hot….. they have no idea how to serve customers or prepare food efficantly.
Absolutely disgusting. Made a fatal mistake and bought their groupon. Chicken was pre cooked sitting in a BOWL on the grill top to keep warm. Definitely NOT Food Safe. Uninspired cooking that was salty and gross. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
