I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews. The food here was tasty, albeit a bit pricey though. Fries were excellent, burger was excellent, and the gravy was the best I’ve ever had from a restaurant! Service was great as well! Good location too!
I stopped going to this local favourite a couple years ago when they changed thier Caesars to a Walters mix. Since then they’ve brought back the classic caesar and a new menu and it is tasty! Everything I’ve tried so far on the new menu is great and I’m really pleased they made the change so I can be a regular again. Chicken and waffles!
My husband took me here a while ago and I ordered a filet mignon cooked blue rare. It came out medium bordering on well without a lick of seasoning. I’ve never sent anything back to the kitchen before but when the waiter came back to check I mentioned it wasn’t cooked even close to rare and he took it back to the kitchen the manager brought the next steak out and told me I probably just wasn’t used to a properly cooked rare steak being pink (really?). He stood there and watched me eat a bite of another medium/well filet mignon and I just couldn’t send it back I was so embarrassed. I cut it up, pushed it around my plate and then ate a couple bites of mashed potatoes and left. Never again.
Party of 6 on a friday night. 3 were cold. they would only one coupon for the table even though there were 3 separate bills and apparently the computer would not allow this. Poor service Worse food. Best thing was the fries.
Good service – hadn’t been for over a year. Impressed. Good drinks – good appetizers and good dinner. Menu has variety but is not too big. Standard meat- pasta – burgers etc.A bit higher priced but tasty. Nice atmosphere.Will be back.
Milestones has changed. I use to really enjoy going for dinner at Milestones but the overall food just isn’t that good anymore. I have no issue with the service and the food comes out in a timely manner. I do always find it interesting that there is so many hostesses on at one time and you see everyone else running around. It’s possible that I have just out grown the food choices as well. I do hope that they shake up the menu a bit.
Avoid – Go somewhere else. I took a 2 year break from this Milestones location (and any other) after 3 bad experiences — bad food, bad service, 3rd strike you’re out. I graciously returned yesterday for a take-out order when the restaurant wasn’t too busy. 1 table came in after me, and all the tables I could see had their food already. Somehow it still took 30 minutes to bring out the (salad + chicken burger), with fries that were soggy and a very underwhelming chicken sandwich. I expected it to be piping hot as they made us wait, presumably for the food to finish cooking. I think I’ll call it a day on Milestones. ESPECIALLY this location.
