I am a regular at this location. We generally always have a good experience here. Fast service, good food and cheap prices! Bacon cheddar burger, zoo sticks, clam chowder are highly recommended
White Spot is predictable and not the most amazing food, but sometimes it’s nice to have a reliable option (and the kids don’t argue with getting a pirate pak). Have had good service at this location the three times I’ve been.
Slow service is normal for this location has not changed so we no longer eat here
Service was horrendous Langford Location. Food that we got was so so.Nothing great .Took forever to get drinks and to order took another 15 minutes. Things were forgotten to be brought with the meal. Ceaser salad was swimming in dressing no condiments with the breakfast like jam and peanut butter. Waitress was chatting at other tables and totally ignoring us even when we did manage to make eye contact. I will not go back other white spots I have been at are not like what we experienced there.One waitress tried to give us a gift certificate to use at a different white spot. We declined that is not why we complained. Service was awful I used to be in the food industry and have done it all from dishwasher to managing and that was unbelievable I am still shaking my head. First time ever we have not tipped.
Terrible service. I went there for dinner tonight, waited 10 minutes for a spot to sit at the bar. When a spot finally opened up, I ended up waiting for 10 minutes without a single person acknowledging my existance. Extremely frustrated I left, walking past the host that I spoken to at least 3 times prior and she didn’t say anything. Will never go there again!!!!
High-pitched noise. This location has a high-pitched whine in the air conditioning system which is an unbearable sound and has been there for months! The staff are aware of it but clearly management doesn’t care. They are losing customers. Also my BC Sunny Start was so dry I had to ask for sauce on the side. Bun felt/tasted like it was left put overnight. You must wonder why I keep trying this place? I love White Spot and this location is handy but simply terrible. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me and I will not be back.
S-L-O-W. A group of us Red Hatters recently went here for lunch – reserved for 12:30 p.m.We were all seated on time, beverages (coffee & water) were poured and then we were left until 1:10 p.m. The restaurant wasn’t even that busy but we had to flag down the waitress to request refills (coffee & water) and finally giving our order! We had to flag down the waitress again to see how much longer we would be waiting for our food… which finally began arriving after 1:30 p.m. Two of the ladies had other commitments/appointments at 2 p.m. so had to rush off as soon as they finished their last mouthful of food! No one was happy and my only remark was that they continue to live up to their reputation … extremely SLOW and unsatisfactory service. I discourage everyone I know to avoid White Spot!
