LOVE IT!!!. Joons is my fav place to get sushi! The staff is very friendly and they remember me since my first time. My bf and I just happened across this little hole in the wall one day last year while I was pregnant so I didn’t eat anything raw but we said we would be back. The lady remembered is right away when we came back months later. The joons roll is great as well as the Goyza and I believe it’s called the tempura roll. My bf is not a raw sushi fan and he always finds something he likes and says it’s great 🙂 although I can’t eat both I always get the Goyza as well as tempura or joons roll because I can’t choose between them. I usually end up eating to much but it’s soo good and I don’t want to waste it. I also love they give the York peppermint patties instead of your standard mints everywhere else 🙂
Joons is great. Everything I’ve tried at this place is amazing. All the appetizers are excellent and the udon is the best I’ve had. On various visits I’ve tried rolls, pad thai, donbouri and its all super good. The presentation of each dish is also vary artistic. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Yummiest sushi in Kelowna – only place I like that has brown rice! They have lots of options even for the non-sushi eaters including pad Thai and butternut squash soup!
Best sushi in Kelowna, a little hidden but well worth the search! Try the Joon roll, it is an inside out roll with tempura shrimp & crab, topped with spicy tuna. It’s beautiful and oishii (delicious)! In this ex sushi chefs humble opinion Joon is the most talented sushi chef in Kelowna
