Never, ever again. After being seated, we waited over 30 minutes for our drinks to arrive, then we waited an additional 2 hours for our food to arrive. And they got one of our orders completely wrong. The restaurant was about half full. No apologies or explanations were provided. I will never bring people there again.
Nice view, mediocre experience. Had dinner there Saturday July 19th. I had the special of-the-day swordfish and my wife had a chicken and quinoa dish.Seating is odd there and the dining area is quite small. The service was adequate but slow. Pleasant waitress but service was not special in any way. For example, inquiring about more drinks, prompt delivery of what was ordered.My dinner was the special feature and although the flavors were good the portion size of the swordfish was maybe one or two ounces. I had to look for the fish and I thought it was a bad joke at first. About two bites worth. For the price ($35) this was a huge disappointment. Appetizer was cold.My wife’s dish was fine. I understand that getting some ingredients may be expensive, but looking at other tables it seems like portion size is an issue for the restaurant.For what we paid, we should have had a first class experience with great food, service and ambiance.Would not recommend.
Delightful Breakfasts & Boardwalk Overlooking the Lake. We spent almost a week at the delightful 50’s style Eldorado Hotel, and had breakfast there most days and drinks and snacks out on the Boardwalk overlooking the lake.Breakfast was always delightful and perfect. Great service. Excellent food quality. And a lake view that can’t be beat. They were always kind enough to make anything I wanted that wasn’t on the menu, as long as they had the ingredients. One such morning was when I asked for a smoked salmon morning sandwich. It was perfect. Nova Scotia smoked salmon, and the perfect amount of cream cheese. Been here often, and I always love this place.
Outdoor Lakefront Eating. Love sitting on the boardwalk in the summer; You can’t beat it for atmosphere.
Great buffet for Mothers Day. Great service, good food, We’ll be back. The views out on the water are spectacular if you can get a table close enough

Needs an Update. I only ever sit in the lounge usually at the bar, a lot of the time it takes a while to be noticed. Last time probably went 5-7 minutes before I was acknowledged. Once you have someones attention service is usually friendly and inviting. Menu is horrible maybe have ordered off it twice in the past 3 years. They really need update the menu and perhaps add a few things to the very small menu. Great place to meet friends for a beer and the patio is ok in the summer.
