Worst coffee ever.
Lousy coffee but nice food. Coffee was so bitter we asked for a replacement that proved no better and amazingly for Vancouver they only have the one blend. After discussing the issue with the polite staff three of us returned our drinks but no offer of refund or alternative. On the plus side the food was fresh, nicely cooked and very tasty. The location is simply amazing. The review from 2010 saying it has promise is true…..

Great potential. Good burger, organic beef and lots of it. The fries should be fresh cut for the price, but they were hot and not bad. We read the ad for the hot dogs which sounded great and we went back a week later. The Mexican? hot dog had no spice and didn’t look at all like the one pictured, including the bun which was stale and had little green mould spots at the ends. The staff did apologize, but at that point a comp gelato should have been offered. My partner’s fish taco although fresh was lame, having no crunch, no zip and is no threat to Go Fish.The location will keep this place busy and if the food was any better it’d be hard to get a table on the deck. We love the deck, the setting, the cool of the canopy on a hot day, and we’ll be back for another try.
High quality food in a gorgeous setting!. Dave’s organic beef burger was great and the fries were excellent (crispy and well seasoned). A previous poster is right – fries don’t automatically come with the burger, but the prices reflect that, IMHO. My shitake and bacon crepe was wonderful – most crepe batter on the north shore imitates flavourless cardboard – not here! Even our daughter’s tortellini was a high-caliber fresh pasta with a robust sauce. Did I mention the perfectly brewed jasmine tea? Or the amazing setting in Lynn Canyon? Go….go now!
Bad hours. Bad food. Misleading website. Great location.
We had burger, fries and onion rings. All excellent. Crepes looked great as well. The Japanese cook obviously took a great deal of pride in his work. Go for a hike and some food!
