Metal shard in my soup! Terrible service. The reaction to me telling them that there was an inch long metal shard in my soup was less than acceptable. They did not seem to understand that I could have swallowed the metal. shard.
I came here with a friend because we wanted to stop at Browns but the wait was too long so we ended up at Valley Sushi. I’m glad we did because it was a great meal. We were greeted right away, all the employees there were friendly. As we sat there the restaurant continued to fill up but service still stayed on point. We ordered the Pork Katsu Don, California Rolls, Princess Roll, and Tempura Spicy Tuna Rolls. The Pork Katsu Don comes with miso soup, and it was nice and hot, my favorite. All of the rolls were made nicely, filling to rice ratio was spot on, and nothing was falling apart. Presentation of the rolls were appealing too, not too much sauce, just enough. All in all I would definitely come back here and would definitely recommend anyone to come try this place out.
My Favorite sushi place!. This place has great sushi! We take out from here at least once a week and it’s always ready in 15 minutes. It’s great value for the quality – large sashimi pieces are always fresh. I don’t go anywhere else anymore or I’m always disappointed. Definitely the best place in Lynn valley and even all of North Van.
Changing many things… This was my favorite space. But they change the style of foods with working staff. Even some sashimi are going bad and the size of rolls are getting smaller.I hope that they change their food to the past.
Won Ton Wonders!. Took my son to Valley Sushi for lunch and we loved it! The Japanese won ton soup rocks! So fresh with delicious flavour. Yummy spring rolls with lip smacking sweet chili sauce. Excellent customer service. As I looked around and made eye contact with other customers I could see they were enjoying the food as well. Definitely worth checking out, people!
Best sushi in lynn valley. Slightly More expensive than the other sushi places in lynn valley but by far the best tasting.
Under new management and they did a great job of renovating the restaurant. They offer a lot of unique special rolls and their sashimi is really fresh. Service is great and it’s definitely my favourite place to go for sushi in North Van!
