I love this place! Tough to find good Chinese food on the North Shore…Amazing staff, quick to pick up and delivery is usually fast and very hot. The Ginger Beef is top drawer as is the Won Tons in Spicy Chili Sauce.
Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Their food is average, not bad but certainly nothing special, but their service has ensured that I will never deal with them again. Beyond bad.
I’ve been going there since they opened. Ignore the bad reviews! Go to the restaurant, sit down and order a meal. By far the best Chinese restaurant on the North Shore. The food is admittedly spicy! If you don’t want spicy, don’t order anything with a chili pepper on the menu, otherwise, expect spicy. This is a Szechuan place after all. My favorites include a very spicy chicken appetizer, honey garlic pork, and ginger onion beef hot pot. I don’t live in the area anymore, but I still like to go when I have a hankering for spicy food. Worth the drive!
Had delivery to the top of mountain highway two nights ago; not a great distance from their location. Food was lukewarm. The food was really generic and frankly boring. Nothing special or worth ordering again. Ginger beef and sweet and sour pork are almost the exact same item. Delivery guy was super nice. Phone service was pretty good but had issues when I ordered as the person at the restaurant kept asking me to hold on as they either had my English order translated or maybe she was helping others. All and all we will not be trusted my this again and we need to find another option for good Chinese delivery to Lynn Valley.
Very friendly service can be slow but authentic food and good tasty menu to chose from always enjoy and return regularly to enjoy authentic Szechuan food
I come here every week since the restaurant opened. Food has been consistently good.This isnt your california cantonese food. Authentic Szechuan food IS SPICY.Dont trust the low reviews. For crying out loud, college kids suppose to be the future and they cant even think to stockpile utensils?The ginger beef incident, they were just being cheap. they dont like it, dont come again. How is the restaurant at fault for being different?This place actually has a chef.
A favourite for my son and me, as we find the sauces delicious and always receive a warm welcome. Nice to have such a good Chinese restaurant here in Lynn Valley! Many thanks!
