WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! Do NOT deal with these people. Ordered take out. They sent the wrong food, told me it was my fault. Charged me a 10% tip without asking and a $3 delivery charge and told me it was because their drivers do this for a living and need the money???? I always thought tips were the customer’s choice. Owner has no idea what customer service is…do not go here. Do not ignore the bad reviews! I would rate as a zero if I could
Terrible! We eat out and travel a lot and the food here was awful. We were both sick within an hour of eating here. We ordered a chicken and a beef dish. The chicken was tofu (I hope) and I have no idea what the beef was supposed to be. It definitely was not beef.PS I have never been motivated to write a review before in my entire life, but this experience was so bad that I had to. We are still talking about this experience to all our friends weeks later.
