Love this Pub!. I recently moved to North Van and was told this was the pub to check out and I’m glad I did! The first time I came down it was a Wed and they were playing music bingo which was really fun, I had just come down for a burger after a hike but ended up sticking around to join in. Good crowd and a mix of ages which I like. The burger was awesome and so was the service!!! I was back this weekend for their crab cake benny which was absolutely delicious and a Caesar that was MONSTROUS ! Definitely enjoying my new neighborhood pub – highly recommend!
Unprofessional Service ever. I have been a regular at this pub for almost nine years and definitely I have noticed service standards have been on the decline , the last couple of visits. Yesterday my friend and I were served by the bartender/ manager ( I think) who literally was talking the whole time from his butt. He assumes he is very smart, friendly and witty, but most definitely came across as the most irritating, rude and unprofessional service person I have encountered in this place. The hard part was my friend who is a professional in the F&B industry and I a trainer sat in awe on how this guy functioned and wondered how did he even get hired for the job. And they decided to just take away all the good beers that used to be available on tap. Need to find a new watering hole on the Northshore.
Poor service. I went to Seymour’s in a large group once and the service was poor. The waitress was not helpful while ordering and was not good at checking back on our group. I ordered the Ahi Tuna Burger and when it was served, was cooked all the way through. I told my waitress I was expecting it almost raw and she took it back before I had eaten it. I was not re-served and still had to pay for my food (with 25% off). Disappointed as I have eaten here a few times before but the poor customer service will not have me returning.
Excellent location and service. The food and drinks are great. Awesome way to spend the night!
Went there to watch the game and had a review-worthy chicken and brie ciabatta… So delicious! Paires with the exit 22 salad and a beer… Mmm…
