Quite possibly the worst functioning business in vancouver. I received my order roughly three and a half hours (unbelievable) after I placed my order. ONLY AFTER I phoned them and was told that they already tried to deliver. The guy on the phone was clearly lying. He BLAMED ME for not being home. I was just at home sitting by my buzzer.EVERYTHING, and I mean every single thing I ordered was wrong. The food was obviously cold. I have no idea how this restaurant is still open. If I could click a button and bankrupt them right now I would. Every single review on this place is bad. There are one or two five star reviews which are so obviously fake. They couldn’t even help but blame their customers in their fake review. It’s pathetic.Never order from this place. I have never been so upset. I wouldn’t even care if the food was bad or late. It’s the fact that they lied about their inability to deliver my order, got it completely wrong, food was inedible, and they had the audacity to blame ME for not picking up my phone. Unbelievable.

They let me know it would a be bit so I held off on calling until about 1.5 hours in and the man who answered was snippy and rude. What I received was bacially cardboard. What a place! Took over a hour and a half to get my food, when it arrived it was cold and missing my drinks and dipping sauce. Convent for them considering i pre-payed online. Driver told me he would try and get back with the missing items, I called the store and the guy who answered told me they where busy!/ I said i wanted the items i ordered and paid for …. again i was told they where busy and i would get them eventually. JOKE, great customer service guys.
Very poor quality. I ordered pizza and chicken wings last night and the food was cold and I don’t think the pizza was freshly baked and the serving portion is way too small. I will NEVER going to buy here again. Don’t waste your money.
Cold food and lost. I ordered the mozzarella sticks and chicken wings from here for a late night munchie snack. Let me start by saying it took the delivery driver 15 mins to find my apartment in which I had to give him literally step by step directions to the front door. Secondly the food was cold when it got to me and not to mention they put the wrong sauce on my chicken wings. I would highly recommend to never order from here as they did not even apologize for anything…
The worst ever! My fianc &…. The worst ever!My fianc & I ordered some food from here. One, the food was late, no biggie. Two, when we got the food, the cheese bread looked like someone charred it to the max. The tatziki pita was just a pita. Nothing else. I’m so pissed off right now. I called the restaurant back for a refund, still hasn’t called back.I’m soo mad right now. Worst restaurant to order from ever!
