i work in the area, and as a vegetarian there isnt many options. this place is a solid 5/5! even if you are a meat eater, they have delicious options available. i get the veggie sandwich which is very good and fresh, and my father always gets the chicken wrap. highly reccomend.
A hidden gem. I couldn’t find any good, filling lunch in this neighborhood as this area is more centralized for industrial buildings. This place have daily specials in a reasonable prices with various menus day by day. The veggies are always fresh and the portion you get is amazing too. They are pretty much busy everyday but the waiting time is short. Strongly recommended spot if you work in this area.
Best lunch spot in town!! my favourite!!. I work closely to the restaurant so I often go and eat lunch, sometimes breakfast as well. I was surprised that they had teriyaki lunches. I thought only Japanese restaurants or sushi places have teriyaki but here I tried their chicken teriyaki. It was very rich and tasty. I’m a teriyaki lover and I could say it was one of the best teriyaki I’ve had in Vancouver. Their club sandwiches are gorgeous as well – it’s nice and big enough to make my stomach happy for quite long. Friendly service is also the other best part as well. Although during super busy hours, the guy and ladies never lose their smile. Great lunch spot if you work close this area!

A Gem!. I work close by and go at least on a weekly basis for lunch and occasionally for breakfast. The food is always fresh and the service is always friendly. This place is lined up out the door at lunch time (but the line goes quite quick). Their changing daily hot meals are always made that morning and taste incredibly fresh. The Spicy pork with cabbage and a yummy sauce over rice is way, way better than anything you’ll get from a chinese place. This is definately not something they’ve frozen and heated up. Try the chicken wrap. It’s got freshly baked chicken done schnitzel style (flattened and breaded) with all kinds of fresh sliced vegetables. Portion sizes are great. If you haven’t been here and you work close by: skip Timmies or the donair place and try these guys. You won’t regret it!
Best fresh wraps, sandwiches, homemade soup. This cafe may be one of the most clean, fresh ingredient-using, friendly cafes around this industrial area.The classic chicken wrap at this cafe is one of the best I’ve ever had, and the amount I paid for the portion was definitely satisfying.
