Very friendly service and great value. Pastas include unlimited fresh bread with whipped butter and tasty garlic spread, soup or salad with choice of dressing and a small portion of ice cream for desert. I had spaghetti with mushroom sauce which was a bit bland. The food itself was fair to middling. Their bellinis however were unexpectedly delicious.
Incredible Italian food here! Although it is a little pricey, that is to be expected. Like all Old Spaghetti Factory outlets, they serve unlimited bread, and have great service and clean facilities.
Tasty. One of the best OSF’s in the valley. They’re service and food quality keep me coming back. But it’s still an OSF and even a high quality for the chain is still just upper mid.
Above average for this chain. We came here on a Saturday night, not very busy, which was nice: quiet, easy to chat. bread kept coming (we had four loaves), service prompt and efficient, food was served hot and fresh, and the bread knives were actually sharp! big plus. good location. Will be here next time we pass through.
They’re better now. I went back for a family birthday and I was pleasantly surprised had to change my thumbs done to an up. It was a busy saturday night and the service was good, waitress very pleasant and competent . Food was very reasonably priced and tasted good, nothing amazing but I didn’t expect that and nor did I pay for it. Will certainly be back.
It was the worst experience that i have had at an restuarant ever. It took 2 hours for me to receive my food and it was only spaghetti and meatballs. Also when i receive my food it was not fully cooked and was cold. I will never eat here again and i recommend you go to mcdonalds for better service
Sweet 16 party perfection!. We held my daughters sweet 16 party at Old Spaghetti Factory, and it was wonderful. Our server, Julie, was simply AMAZING and attentive, and catered to the kids like real customers. (Didnt treat them differently because they were teens.)For the teens (12 of them including the birthday girl) we used their group dinner menu, which had a huge amount of choices, all inclusive with salad/soup, entre, soda/coffee/tea and a bowl of ice cream for dessert. Everyone loved the food and took home the leftovers.Hubby and I (the chaperones) had steak. Both of us being diabetic they were very good at giving us substitutes to the pasta. Our all inclusive dinner came out to $17.25 and that was amazing for an 8oz New York strip, cooked and seasoned to PERFECTION, bottomless soda, soup for starter and then a nice sized side salad in place of the pasta that normally comes with the dinner. The manager stopped by a couple of times and checked on us, making sure we had everything we needed/wanted, and again at the end of the night, asking if everything was okay. Okay? It was awesome!Unlimited bread and soda made the kids happy, and for about $20 a head (including tip) its a real bargain compared to a lot of places.Hubby and I will be back for more steak!Thank you again, Julie, and the team, for making my little girls day absolutely wonderful!
