SOUR MEAT!! I have been coming here for years. Usually the food was good, the last time I visited Abduls Bbq I sadly had a very bad experience. I picked up three chicken wraps for myself and friends, I recommended the place and they were all excited. When we got home to eat the wraps were very wet and were completely falling apart. There was no flavour to the meat at all and it tasted almost sour. I was a bit worried of becoming sick. Im not normally the person to complain but after spending 30 dollars to receive wet wraps and sour meat I called and spoke to a woman and was told it was no problem to come in for a refund. I told her I lived an hour away and to please make a note for the other workers. She said no problem, bring the receipt and get your money back. When I arrived two days later the woman working had to call the owner Abdul for permission. When he spoke with my boyfriend he was extremely rude, interrupting and talking over him. He REFUSED to give the money back. He accused us of trying to rip him off because we threw the wraps out and did not bring them back. We were told all we needed was the receipt. It was extremely unprofessional. I will never be returning again. The food has clearly gone very far down hill for quality and taste, and after this poor customer service I see no point in even attempting to eat here. Do NOT spend your money here!

When craving shawarma where else are you going to find it? Crystal Mall of course! Abdul’s had good reviews so we had to check it out. We ordered the lamb and chicken shawarma wraps. The meat was really dry and the vegetables did not taste fresh at all. We couldn’t finish our shawarma, really tough to eat. The wraps are quite big, but not worth your $10 in our opinion. The hot sauce is actually really spicy though, so that’s a positive. As others have mentioned the meat doesn’t come off the spit; we won’t be back.
