Pizza was great! We got the large pizza and wings combo. Garlic, Bacon, and Italian sausage. Good crust fresh ingredients. I recommend it. The hot wings were mediocre. Quite a few if the bones were broken, and they were kind of greasy.
Reliable And Delicious Pizza!. For me Pizza in South Burnaby comes down to three main contenders: Panago, Flying Wedge, and Bella!Partially the reason I enjoy going to Bella is their excellent deals, I mean their 2-for deals are pretty reasonable, and I’m even game for the occasional 3-topping large pizza and lasagna for $24.50!The owners put a lot of care and attention into the pizza, and I’ve had them get a pick-up order ready in 15 minutes! That’s a good amount of time all things considering. If you’re wondering which pizza to order, I’d suggest their meat lovers, hot stuff, or the mexicana. The latter is by far the best mexican-themed pizza I’ve ever tried!Their house ranch sauce is excellent, well worth the small charge for a side of it to dip your pizza in.To summarize, while they have some healthy competition from Panago and Flying Wedge, I think they offer tremendous value for what you’re getting, and their pizzas definitely will make your company happy (or yourself if you’re in that sort of mood)
Best Pizza in Burnaby. God it’s hard to find good pizza in Burnaby! I was spoiled growing up near a Lebanese pizza joint on the other end of country that made the perfect pie. After moving to Vancouver/Burnaby I searched everywhere for a quality pizza, trying every new place I could find but they all fell flat. Panago was decent, but I wanted better and kept looking. I was so happy when I discovered Bella, hidden away on a little strip on Imperial.Their pizza has a flat tasty crust with a puffed out end that crisps on the surface – just the way i like it. Their cheese serving is unusually generous. The toppings are hearty, not just ‘sprinkled on’ to show they are there. The tomato sauce has a wholesome hand-made taste and you have options for wholewheat crust at any thickness. The joint does have a few seats, but it’s really a take-out place. I’ve ordered more times than I could remember, and I’ll keep coming back. The owner and helper are super friendly and happy to serve. The price is very fair for the quality. If you’re tired of so-so pizza, but you don’t want to go gourmet, go for Bella’s!
Awesome homemade pizza!!!
The ONLY pizza. We have tried them all. This is the only pizza worth eating. PERIOD. Always delicious and consistent. Family run. The only place that knows double cheese. Great sauce, great crust and top of the line toppings! SUPER YUMMY.
Excellent. For the last 6 months I have been travelling across the province on business and as a kind of guilty pleasure I have ordered pizza from a different local pizza joint in every city I visit. I can safely say that Bella Pizza is in my top 5 pizza places so far. The quality is excellent. The ingredients have a fresh home made taste to them. The only thing I would say is the cheese seemed a bit under-done, I do prefer mine a tiny bit browned. Overall very good though.
Best pizza we have had, we had lived in many cities andthis is by far better than all the rest
