My go to place for bubble tea…green apple green tea slush with coconut jelly to be exact…when I’m at Metrotown. I have only been disappointment once when they made it taste too bitter but other then that one time they have been consistent. We sometimes order there bubble waffles but they don’t taste good as the one from Bubble Waffle Cafe at Aberdeen in Richmond. They have ok shark fine soup as well.
The service is awful. The cashier talks to you as if you owe them money. I got green apple bubble tea and it was super sweet. It had a caramel like syrup at the bottom too for their milk tea based drinks. I’d very much grab a bubble tea from T&T next door than go there again.
Their original milk tea is the only thing I get from there. It’s pretty tasty. I think it’s a bit on the sweet side but I do like their pearls. The service isn’t that great. At least their bubble tea is better than the already made ones you get from inside T&T next door.
Bought few drinks. Ask them for a bag. They give me USED dirty bag. Very poor service!

Don’t do it. you will be sorry. the convenience is not worth it.. No ice. No flavor. I think they gave me light purple colored water with pearls instead of a taro milk tea with pearls. Very bad experience time after time. Yesterday was the last time for good. I will buy a milk tea from t&t next time.
