One of my go-to places in every food court. The food is always tasty and cheap – plus, its always ready for you! My favourite is the General Tso chicken, because its like sweet chili chicken nuggets on noodles (and we all know how much I love chicken nuggets!)Never had any issues with the Manchu Wok at this location. Most of the food is deep-fried and this place is way, way overpriced. Horrible place. Also, they charge a dollar extra for any seafood dishes! What a complete rip-off. The seafood they use is of the cheapest grade, like the standard white fish (basa) which is dirt cheap. It’s already expensive and they want to charge a dollar extra? Forget it!
Friendliness of staff. Cashier Erika was way to rude on sunday march 1/2015. She is really rude no guest courtesy what so ever. She shouldn’t be on register and you guys need to train your people properly. I just asked her why my total is so high and she replied oh she told you , I dont no what she is referring to so I told her you don’t have to be so rude about it I have to pay so I need to know what I’m paying for. Will never go or take my family at mancho to eat . No sorry , no apologizes. They just need your money then bye bye.
Greasy junk chinese food. I usually eat honey garlic chicken (too sweet), noodle(soggy), and black pepper beef. Tried fried rice once but didn’t like it. Ginger chicken is quite good (salty and crispy). Sweet&sour pork is not very good (lots of fillers fatty tissue). Orange chicken has sour tangyness that I don’t like. I believe they advertise no MSG but still tastes like junk food. But it’s safe choice for occasional eating since foods taste is usually consistent.
