Looking for something to warm up with on a cold rainy Vancouver’s night? A bowl of noodles to snuggle up with does the trick! Each order of the bridge noodles comes with a variety of sides and fixings to add on to the soup of your choice. It can be intimidating at first but there are instructions written on the paper placemat that comes with the soup. After you finish your noodles, make sure you leave some behind to fully finish your meal. There’s also a bit of meat sauce and cucumbers that they add on the side, so that you could customize your own sauce to make mixed dry noodles. It was a fun experience and I would definitely come back. For the price, I left out feeling too full to walk so I’ll say that’s a good sign. Remember to leave your name at the door because line ups are pretty standard there!

Average noodles. Nothing special other than the clay pot bowl they serve it in. Broth was nothing more than msg and spice. Meat was sparse and chewy. Noodles were over cooked. Definitely not worth the 30 minute wait for a food stall. Terrible manners by the young female cashier who was chewing on her dinner with mouth open while I was ordering. Observed her handling cash then plastic spoons and napkins without washing them.
