Use to be decent. Food quality has gone down as of late and the real kicker is the inability to ever, and I do mean ever, get an order right. I usually pay the $2 extra for tendon in pho and at least half the time it never makes it into the bag. This time they managed to forget the prepacked bag with the lime/sauce/sprouts/basil in it. You know, the good stuff. Zero interest in doing anything about it when called. There are only three parts to the pho and two are prepacked. How incompetent and/or lazy do you have to be to screw that up? Let alone the consistent smaller screw ups we tolerated for some reason. We will find a new Pho place. Not like there aren’t dozens of others around here. Should have done it much sooner.

went here after a long day of labor and ordered a bowl of pho, it’s indeed a decent good bowl of pho for sure, price wise it’s on the same neighbourhood of a bowl of pho, definitely cheaper than the ones mostly in downtown and portion it was okay for me. both taste pretty decent but i would recommend more on the dry noodle dishes over here just a personal opinion mangkr.wordpress.com

The bfs favorite pho restaurant! Open late (i think till midnight) which is why we’ve gone so many times. Pho here is good but bit of msg in the bun bo hue. Spring rolls are the ultimate winners here for the bf but I find the skin to be a bit too chewy that it sticks to my teeth. Fresh basil leaves that are served with your pho and thier chicken wings aren’t bad either. It’s a good spot to try if you’re looking for pho late at night and are hesitant to venture into the 24hrs joints!

June 28, 2016Probably the worst service I ever gotten! We came here around 10PM after cheap Tuesday movies at Silvercity Metropolis, the place had a few tables eating. Probably cause this place closes pretty late. After walking in, the server just told us to sit near the window seat. After sitting down, we already knew what we want since we usually get the House Special. While looking around, I noticed the server was sitting down and texting on his phone! Then after a while I saw the chef bringing out food to another table then looked at us while walking back to the kitchen. I had to waive him down to take our order. Food came quickly. Broth tasted full of MSG. After finishing, there was no one in sight to take away our dishes. My boyfriend had to go up to the counter to get a togo container and asked for the bill. Told him we can just pay at the counter. Shortly after returning with his container, the bill came to our table. Strange. FYI, if you want 2 containers for your soup it is ever $0.25.
